Working in coordination with our partners, Rork Projects, who were engaged as the head contractor for the refurbishment of 8 levels of lobbies and amenities, as well as at construction of the new End of Trip Facilities at 1 Nicholson Street Melbourne.

The scope of works included the demolition of existing facilities and construction of new Male & Female Amenities, along with DDA and end of trip facilities Accessibility and DDA works were completed to ensure compliance was met for the staff and client needs.

Works were carried both during normal and after hours, in a staged programme, as all levels were live environments.
