Working with our partners Arete, to complete the foyer and lobby upgrade at 8 Exhibition Street for the GPT Group. 

Delivered under a Design & Construct contract, the lobby upgrade works included:

• demolition of existing finishes 
• installation of new floor finishes
• stone and timber veneer wall claddings
• installation of a new trafficable canopy between the existing lobby and entrance from exhibition street

The project also included modification of existing services to suit the upgraded layout. The new lobby was designed to showcase the bespoke joinery in the new reception area and furniture throughout the build.
