Oliver Molloy
director
As director, Oliver has established a company defined by delivering on its 3 core principles, Quality, Safety and Service. Using his knowledge and skill set, gained from extensive experience within the industry, he continues to guide ODM on an upward trajectory, growing from strength to strength.
Throughout his career Oliver has worked on a variety of projects in Rail, Commercial, Education, Health, Government, Industrial, Manufacturing and Hazardous Areas. His determination, sharp focus and ability to “think outside the box”, combined with his industry experience sets him apart. He has worked collaboratively with the ODM team, developing a company culture where knowledge is shared and where focus and attention to detail are key and in practice at all times, allowing the company to form strong partnerships with our clients and supply chain partners.
Oliver has a passion for delivering quality projects to above industry standards and client expectations, while implementing the latest technologies in building automation and energy management.
Elliott Lewis
Senior Project Manager
Elliott started his career with Pitcher & Wicks Pty Ltd, a well renowned industrial electrical contractor based in Port Melbourne. A passion for the electrical industry was developed through working on large industrial projects for companies such as BP Australia, Castrol, Boral, Pioneer, Pridhams and many others.
Work experience ranged from heavy industrial projects in quarry and asphalt operations to hazardous location installation for fuel and oil storage, rendering (organic recycling), shipping, automation and SCADA projects.
Due to the nature of the projects, working autonomously in remote locations was commonplace.
After more than 14 years at Pitcher and Wicks, Elliott started his own contracting business servicing industrial, commercial and home automation interests. Business flourished and grew over many years until it was a time for a change. An ambition to learn took him into other businesses with a focus on home automation and audio visual including high end residential developments.
Most recently in 2019 Elliott took up an opportunity at ODM Electrical Contractors as a Project Manager. This new challenge was a chance to use the vast knowledge gained over many years and engage with key stakeholders in the construction industry, an area he is passionate about. When not at work Elliott enjoys cycling, surfing, surf lifesaving and time with his wife and three sons. As a valued team member his skills and knowledge assist in the efficient delivery of projects and development of skills of the ODM team.

Daniel Reffo
Senior Project Manager
Daniel has 12 years of experience working in the electrical industry, the last 4 years working as a project manager at ODM. In this time Daniel has delivered key projects for ODM in the medical, education and commercial sectors.
Using his project management and relationship skills Daniel has delivered projects to above clients expectations and continues to build great rapport with new clients and existing.
Simon Worthington
Senior Project Manager
Simon joined ODM Electrical Contractors in 2017 and brought with him 20 years’ experience in the trade. Since then, he has established himself as an integral part of the Project Management side of the business, lending his growing expertise to hospital, rail and commercial fit out works.
He heads a dedicated and passionate team of electricians and has proven himself to be an exceptionally effective communicator and leader

Thomas Unterwurzacher
Project Manager
Tom has spent the last 12 years in the electrical industry developing his knowledge and skills to be able to manage any project placed before him.
Prior to joining the team at ODM, Tom has been heavily involved in the hazardous areas sector of the industry completing service stations, large petroleum storage facilities and fuel depots across Australia for BP, Shell and many more. Working in this sector has instilled an emphasis on safety and the importance of following strict policies and procedures. Tom prides himself on his attention to detail and exceeding the clients’ expectations in every way possible while building a great relationship with all parties involved.
Trent Richardson
Project Manager
Trent is a Project Manager with over 25 years of experience in many varied areas of the trade, with a speciality in automation and a passion for good design.
Having spent a large amount of time in the commercial electrical space Trent is well placed to assist in the delivery of your next project from conception to delivery. With a keen eye for detail and a focus on quality. Having spent a large amount of time in the commercial electrical space Trent is well placed to assist in the delivery of your next project from conception to delivery.

Glen Ingram
Project Manager
Glen joined the ODM team in 2016 and has had a key role in driving ODM’s core principles of Quality,
Safety and Service. With 15 years’ experience in the electrical industry, working in in Rail, Commercial,
Government, Industrial, and Hazardous Areas.
Glen has now joined our project management team to
use his expertise to further grow his career with ODM.
Glen prides himself on his ability to deliver projects above and beyond the client’s expectations and
strives to build great relationships with new and existing clients.
Josh Brassington
Project Manager
Josh came to ODM Electrical Contractors with over 10 years electrical industry experience. In this time
Josh has been involved in a variety of fields within the electrical industry.
With experience in the commercial construction projects and service/maintenance areas, large scale solar installation and progressing to a project management role. While working on several specialist projects within the hospital and healthcare sectors of the electrical
industry, Josh has developed a high level of understanding of both Body & Cardiac protect electrical
standards.
Josh prides himself on his attention to detail of finished projects, while also building and developing
strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Brendan Povey
Project Manager
Brendan is a Project Manager with over 25 years of experience in the trade. Brendan has done a
wide variety of work, however, has specialised in the retail and commercial construction sector for most of his career. With a key focus on customer service, Brendan prides himself on attention to detail with all his clients and enjoys building long-term relationships with clients.
Working for many of the large electrical contractors in Melbourne, Brendan has worked with Tier 1 clients such as Woolworths and Coles.
Chè Jesson-Bentley
Project Manager
Chè has joined ODM from New Zealand after 11 years in the electrical industry which has seen him cover a variety of fields including Commercial, Industrial, Rail and PV/ESS.
His personable and positive approach has seen his progression into Project Management in recent years, as his knowledge of the construction industry goes from strength to strength while welcoming any new
challenge and striving for excellence.
Outside of his keen interest in the construction industry, he has spent his spare time playing top
level Soccer in NZ and currently training for his first marathon.
Gilbert De Guzman
Senior Estimator
Gilbert is an experienced electrical estimator with a demonstrated history of working in the construction and energy network industries. He has managed tenders in a wide range of sectors, including Education, Commercial, Health, Industrial, Rail and Network projects.
Working closely with the project teams, builders and suppliers, Gilbert ensures the tender bids are competitive and accurate.
Gilbert’s role also involves construction of detailed project tender bids, managing proposals for design and construct projects, and delivering cost-saving options to clients by value engineering. He brings with him exceptional knowledge of the electrical industry allowing ODM to be continually competitive on all of our tenders.
Jarrod Silvester
Estimating Manager
Jarrod is an experienced Estimating Manager with a vast history of electrical estimating in the construction industry.
Jarrod manages proposals for design and construct projects and detailed project tender bids, whilst working closely with our Project Teams to ensure a professional delivery of cost-saving options to clients.
Jarrod’s experience and background bring great value to the ODM Team ensuring all of our tenders are delivered with competitive quality and value.
Dee Fennell
Account Manager
Dee joined the company in 2015 with over 12 years’ experience in operations management and administration. Dee graduated from University in 2005 with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting and Information Systems. Dee is charge of all aspects that relate to Account Management ensuring seamless communication between cross functional to deliver projects on time, every time.
Nadine Boutros
Finance and Accounts Officer
Nadine is a key contributing member of the finance and accounts team who continues to add significant value to the company with her background in accounting and business administration.
Nadine has graduated with a Bachelor of Accounting and has since worked tirelessly in gaining versatile
industry knowledge, which she now brings to her role at ODM, where she utilises her experience and
skills to ensure the company’s accounts and administration are run smoothly and productively.
Kelsey Murphy
Service Co-Ordinator
Kelsey has recently joined the service team to assist our Service Manager in delivering this growing arm
of ODM.
Kelsey has a strong background in administration, having completed a business degree
accompanied by excellent customer service skills as she worked for over 3 years in the banking sector in
Ireland before she emigrated to Australia.
Danniella De Pasquale
contracts Administrator
Danniella is new to the ODM family. She comes with a background in finance. Danniella aims to drive compliance and safety throughout the organisation and ensures our culture is matched with that of our company expectations. She strives to use her previous experience in finance to the best of her ability to take on the new role and excel.
Kate Quanchi
Office Manager
Kate Quanchi is an office management professional with 5 years of industry experience. She recently joined the ODM team.
Kate manages all staff and coordinates with human resources management. She oversees the daily operations of the office and plans meetings, conferences, and special events for the ODM Electrical team. She possesses excellent leadership and organizational skills and ensures the effectiveness of the company’s staff and processes.
Sha M.Karimi
Project Coordinator
Shahriar has recently become part of the ODM team with a broad range of industry exposure across commercial, residential, office, and industrial buildings.
He has a professional background in coordinating, organising, planning, and administrating construction activities to meet tight deadline within budget without letting quality slip. In this new role, Shahriar actively participates in all aspects of project delivery from start to end to strongly support project managers.
His prior experience enables him to simultaneously work on multiple projects with confidence and fully achieve projects targets and clients’ satisfaction.
