Working in coordination with our partners MPA, to create DLA Piper’s new office space in order to provide the best possible facilities for their clients and lawyers to meet and work.

The 80 Collins Street precinct is focused on minimising waste, increasing energy efficiency and lessening its broader environmental impact to ensure businesses in the building can work in a sustainable workplace. The South Tower has a 6-star Green Star Office v2 rating and 5-star NABERS Energy rating.

The DLA Piper team worked closely with a number of leading consultants on this latest office project, including Spitfire Control (project management), MPA (construction), Hassell (design), Arup (engineering & acoustic services) and AECOM (structural engineer).

Craft Victoria also assisted the firm with commissioning award winning Melbourne-based Gunditjmara and Torres Strait Islander artist Lisa Waup, to design a bespoke feature table and wall relief in the new space
